After-Business Hours Dental Emergency and on Public Holidays

We open very long hours 7 days a week to cater to various needs of all patients. However, after-hours call-out fee of $200 applied to: - any appointments made outside Dens in Dente operating hours; and - any travel for dental services to age care facilities or residentials 50% surcharges applied to the total fees for: - any appointments made on public holidays; and - any appointments that take longer than anticipated resulting in running past Dens in Dente's late closing time. We do not apply surcharges for any appointments made on Saturdays and Sundays. We may waive the above fees in exceptional circumstances at the utmost discretion of the principal dentist.
