Cancellation Policy


  • We would really appreciate if at least 24 hours' notice will be given for a broken appointment. Should you provide us with less than 24 hours' notice then a cancellation fee of $100 per broken appointment will be charged when you finally attend the next appointment. Should you confirm your appointment but fail to show up to your appointment then a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged when you finally attend the next appointment. We may waive this fee at the utmost discretion of the principal dentist. However, we reserve our rights to discontinue the treatments of patients who are notororiously inconsiderate with frequent no-shows, frequent last-minute &/or late cancellations and reschedulings.
