- Access to all of our professional dental services including a check-up or an advice/consultation is not for free.
- It is Dens in Dente policy that no dental advice and treatment plan estimates will be given via email and phone without prior in-person consultation and comprehensive oral exam +/- XRAYs.
- A comprehensive oral examination or assessment is not free.
- An emergency assessment is not free.
- Gum checking, radiographs, diagnostic tests and other dental services are not free.
- All types of dental services at Dens in Dente will incur a fee.
- All assessments, consultation and oral check-up will require XRAYs, further diagnostic tests and investigations.
- We cannot provide any dental treatments without prior assessment, consultation, comprehensive oral check-up +/- XRAYs +/- other diagnostic tests +/- investigations
- An estimate of your treatment cost cannot be given without prior assessment, consultation, comprehensive oral check-up +/- XRAYs +/- other diagnostic tests +/- investigations
- Any estimate of your treatment cost will remain valid for only 12 months.
- We do not provide a quotation of treatment plan cost. In the exceptional circumstances that we do, that quotation will remain valid for only 6 months.
- The treatment of gum disease is more expensive and requires a prior diagnosis that is only possible via a thorough oral examination and full mouth gum charting. Therefore, the cost of scale & polish for general gum hygiene, gum inflammation and the treatment of gum disease cannot be given without prior comprehensive CU of all your teeth and gums, regardless of whether you are new or existing patient.
- Due to the above reasons where we need to visualise the dental conditions of your mouth in person prior to offering any dental advice or treatment options, Dens in Dente Dental Care do not provide telehealth consultation or services. All patients will be required to attend the surgery in person.
