Dental Fees
1. Private Fees
We provide professional dental services to all patients across all age groups in a multi-cultural community.
We could offer payment plans to long-term existing patients for major dental services only after prior discussion and written approval from the Principal Dentist in exceptional circumstances.
Alternatively, you can organise for a payment plan independently via other financial providers (see below).
2. Dental Health Insurances
We process on-the-spot dental claims from all types of Australian private health insurances via HICAPS terminal and from DVA issued health card for ADF family.
There will be out-of-pocket expense for all patients. This amount of gap payment is determined by % of dental rebate cover you take out with your health insurer.
We are not part of a preferred provider network with any health insurances.
3. Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
We bulk bill for kids aged 2-17 who are eligible for CDBS as determined by Medicare Australia.
4. DVA
We accept DVA dental health care arrangements for eligible veterans, partners, war widow(er) and their beneficiaries who hold current DVA gold and white cards.
5. Oral Health Fees for Services Scheme (OHFFSS)
We accept dental vouchers issued by public dental clinics and public hospitals across NSW Health as part of the OHFFSS (Oral Health Fees for Services Scheme)

Cancellation Policy
We would really appreciate if at least 24 hours' notice will be given for a broken appointment.
Should you fail to keep your appointment or fail to give us sufficient notice three times then a cancellation fee (of $50 per broken appointment) will be charged when you finally attend the dental appointment.
We may waive this fee. However, we reserve our rights to discontinue treatments of patients who are notororiously inconsiderate with frequent no-shows, frequent last-minute &/or late cancellations and reschedulings.
