Dental Fees

1. Private Fees
We provide professional dental services to all patients across all age groups in a multi-cultural community. We could offer payment plans for major dental services only after prior written approval from treating dentist* or you can organise for a payment plan independently via MacCredit (see below).
2. We offer 10% discount of all private fees quoted for the following eligible patients:
  • Children in primary and high schools whose parents hold valid health care cards and pensioner concession cards*
  • TAFE*, college* and university* students
  • Health care card* holders
  • Pensioner concession card* holders
  • Senior Citizen aged 65 and older
*Terms & Conditions applied: Proof of eligibility is required. No discounts will be given for oral health products, during after-hours dental emergencies and on weekends & public holidays
3. Dental Health Insurances
We process on-the-spot dental claims from all types of Australian private health insurances via HICAPS terminal and from DVA issued health card for ADF family. There will be out-of-pocket expense for all patients. This amount of gap payment is determined by % of dental rebate cover you take out with your health insurer. We are not part of a preferred provider network with any health insurances.
4. Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
We bulk bill for kids aged 2-17 who are eligible for CDBS as determined by Medicare Australia.
5. DVA
We accept DVA dental health care arrangements for eligible veterans, partners, war widow(er) and their beneficiaries who hold current DVA gold and white cards.
6. Oral Health Fees for Services Scheme (OHFFSS)
We accept dental vouchers issued by public dental clinics and public hospitals across NSW Health as part of the OHFFSS (Oral Health Fees for Services Scheme)

Cancellation Policy

We would really appreciate if at least 24 hours' notice will be given for a broken appointment. Should you fail to keep your appointment or fail to give us sufficient notice three times then a cancellation fee and administrative fee will be charged. We reserve our rights to discontinue treatments of patients who are frequent no-shows and notoriously inconsiderate.
